Exchange Policy

At GG Fashions, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges Only — No Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products purchased from GG Fashions. However, exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

• Unworn, unused and in its original condition.

• Returned with all original tags attached.

• In its original packaging.

• Accompanied by your order confirmation, receipt or other proof of purchase.

To request an exchange, please contact us at gadgivaibhavi@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please do not send any item back without receiving confirmation and instructions from our team.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size, colour or style is unavailable, our team will contact you to discuss the available options.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us at gadgivaibhavi@gmail.com as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs or videos showing the issue so that we can assess it and assist you with an appropriate resolution.

Eligible damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered items will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

We generally do not accept exchanges for:

• Items that have been worn, washed, used or altered.

• Items without their original tags or packaging.

• Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling or use.

• Items returned without prior approval.

• Sale or clearance items, unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect or an exchange is otherwise required by applicable law.

• Gift cards and other non-returnable products, where applicable.

Exchange Shipping

Please contact us before shipping an item for exchange. Our team will provide the applicable return address and shipping instructions.

Shipping charges for exchanges, including the cost of sending the item back and delivering the replacement, will be communicated to you before the exchange is processed.

For damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered items, shipping costs and remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds

GG Fashions does not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference. This policy does not limit any refund or other remedy required under applicable law, including where an order cannot be fulfilled or an item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
